NFL insider Ian Rapoport reported on Monday that Travis Kelce has made his call and will return for another season in Kansas City.
Rapoport wrote on X (formerly Twitter), “Back for more: #Chiefs future Hall of Fame TE Travis Kelce is expected to return to Kansas City for a 14th season, a message that’s been delivered to teams who will want him.” He added, “At 36, Kelce’s play was at its usual level, landing him in the Pro Bowl. He’s loyal to KC & will stay.”
That decision eliminates the retirement rumors for now. Besides, it locks Kelce into the Chiefs’ offseason ramp-up, which usually starts with workouts and Organized Team Activities, aka the OTAs.
The wedding might happen right in the middle of OTAs
Of course, with the OTAs during the summer, netizens are now second-guessing Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s summer wedding, which allegedly has a June 13 date.
Page Six reported that Swift and Kelce have a date for the summer, with a specific day and place tied to the rumor mill, with the outlet reporting multiple sources that the wedding will happen at Ocean House in Watch Hill on June 13.

OTAs come as voluntary team practices, so Kelce could skip some of that time without much resistance from the team.
