Rob Shuter’s Naughty But Nice on Substack reports that the couple has requested guests to skip the wedding presents. Instead of setting up a regular registry that is common in most weddings, they have reportedly shared a curated list of charities and asked friends and family to donate to them.

For their wedding, Shuter’s source claimed that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce “don’t need anything,” and “Between them, they have more than enough. So they decided — why not use this moment to help others?”
The source added that guests received a listicle of charities that strike a chord with them. They have encouraged donations in place of wrapped gifts, with the insider claiming that “They’ve chosen causes that truly matter to them.” And so, “Guests are being asked to donate instead of buying gifts.”
People around the pair do not seem shocked by the move, either, with another insider suggesting, “This is the Taylor people know and love.” They highlighted, “She’s always been incredibly generous — quietly donating, supporting fans, helping people behind the scenes.” And this same giving spirit reportedly shows up behind the scenes of the wedding planning, too, with a source claiming, “Staff working the wedding can expect a very big bonus,” and “Taylor never forgets the people who make things happen.”
Additionally, the insider noted that Swift has “built a reputation for taking care of people,” and “From tour crews to everyday fans, she shows up in a real way.”
And as far as the guest list goes, the reaction sounds positive. An insider told Naughty But Nice, “People love this idea. It feels meaningful, intentional — and completely authentic to her.”
The insider pointed out, “If you have everything, the most powerful thing you can do is give” — and Taylor Swift’s wedding with Travis Kelce seems to be the perfect avenue for it.
