Victoria Beckham reportedly has one goal right now — to get her son, Brooklyn Beckham, back in her life — and she is willing to talk to Nicola Peltz Beckham to achieve it. The former Spice Girls member is allegedly “heartbroken” and wants a face-to-face meeting with her daughter-in-law, Nicola Peltz Beckham. She hopes to resolve the family rift with Brooklyn and is reportedly ready to fly out to Los Angeles if it gives her a chance to talk to Nicola.
David Beckham is reportedly not in favor of Victoria’s plan to reconcile with son Brooklyn
An insider exclusively told Radar Online that Victoria Beckham believes Nicola Peltz holds the power to fix the feud with Brooklyn. They claimed, “Victoria accepts the fact that the ball is in Nicola’s court. It’s clear she’s calling the shots with Brooklyn,” adding, “If it takes negotiating with Nicola to end this feud with Brooklyn, then Victoria is prepared to do it.”
Moreover, the insider claimed that the situation weighs on Victoria daily. In that, “She’s absolutely heartbroken about how things have turned out with Brooklyn. She cries about the situation every day. The happy pictures she shares on social media don’t tell the real story. She’s crushed.” And all of this is happening after Brooklyn declared on Instagram Stories, “I do not want to reconcile with my family.”
Notably, David Beckham reportedly does not support Victoria’s plan, with an insider claiming, “David doesn’t want to see Victoria give in to this sort of immature behavior,” adding, “He’s appalled at the way Brooklyn is behaving right now and thinks the last thing they should do is reward it.”
Even so, the source claimed, “Victoria doesn’t care,” and “She’s at the point where she’s willing to do anything to have her son back in her life.” They added, “She’s convinced that if she and Nicola could just sit down together one-on-one, there might still be a chance to repair the damage” — and if the sources are right, the family seems to be stuck in a painful stalemate.
But Victoria Beckham reportedly wants to end the feud with her son, Brooklyn, in person, even if it means convincing Nicola Peltz, and even if David does not agree with how she gets there.
