Magazine, “There was an undeniable chemistry between Jen and Brett on set, and it naturally spilled over off camera” — and since it happened after J.Lo’s divorce from Ben Affleck, “the connection offered a welcome sense of lightness and escape.”
However, the source claimed, “In her mind, it was never positioned as something that was meant to develop into a serious, long-term relationship.”
An insider further told the outlet, “During the shoot, there were plenty of instances where their connection was hard to miss,” and the closeness helped Lopez reportedly through a difficult period. Yet as filming ended, the romantic spark allegedly went out.
